Return Policy

Before product has shipped:
If you contact us before your order has shipped, it is possible to cancel your order.

After product ships:
In the case of error, non delivery or a defect:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact us with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
  • Refunds for returned items will include the cost of the item but not the original shipping cost.
  • In cases of defective items or our error, a full refund including shipping costs will be provided.

Delivery schedule

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. International orders can take 2-3 weeks.
We ship using the Japanese Postal Service.
We will always have a tracking number upon request.


We currently have no fees and shipping is included in price, if that changes this page will be updated.

Product Availability

If we have a product in stock it will be possible to add it to your cart. If it is out of stock or you try to add more than we have available, you will be prevented by the cart from adding it, or in the case of no stock, the product page will say "out of stock". You may contact us to inquire about stock and when products will become available again.
